On Tuesday, CNN will host a live town hall in New Hampshire featuring Republican presidential candidate Ron DeSantis, as announced by the network on Friday. The Florida governor will take center stage at 9 p.m. ET at New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire.

DeSantis will be answering questions from CNN’s seasoned journalist Wolf Blitzer, who will act as the moderator, and an audience comprised of New Hampshire voters who have expressed their intention to vote in the state’s Republican primary.

This town hall is the latest in a series of Republican presidential town halls organized by CNN for the 2024 election cycle. The event is scheduled to air one day after the crucial Iowa caucuses and a week prior to New Hampshire’s first-in-the-nation primary.

Following the Iowa caucuses, DeSantis is expected to travel to South Carolina, the home state of his presidential rival Nikki Haley, before proceeding to New Hampshire, as per a source familiar with the plans.

DeSantis and Haley, the former South Carolina governor who served as UN ambassador for nearly two years during the Trump administration, have been vying to be the leading alternative to the former president, who is currently the front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination.

The town hall will be streamed live and will be accessible without a cable log-in via CNN.com, CNN connected TV and mobile apps, and on CNN Max for Max subscribers. Starting January 17, the town hall will also be available On Demand to pay TV subscribers via CNN.com, CNN apps, and Cable Operator Platforms.
